Para ello, utiliza la <strong>metodolog\u00eda SMART:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Espec\u00edficas:<\/strong> \u201cQuiero vender 150 p\u00f3lizas de auto en el a\u00f1o\u201d en lugar de \u201cquiero vender m\u00e1s\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medibles:<\/strong> Define n\u00fameros, porcentajes o montos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alcanzables:<\/strong> Ajusta tus objetivos a tu capacidad real y recursos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relevantes:<\/strong> Que est\u00e9n alineados con tu desarrollo profesional y la visi\u00f3n de la agencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temporales:<\/strong> Ponles fecha l\u00edmite, ya sea mensual, trimestral o anual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-divide-tus-metas-en-objetivos-pequenos\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Divide_tus_metas_en_objetivos_pequenos\"><\/span><strong>Divide tus metas en objetivos peque\u00f1os<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un error com\u00fan es enfocarse \u00fanicamente en la meta anual. Lo recomendable <strong>es dividir esa meta en objetivos mensuales y semanales.<\/strong> Por ejemplo, si tu objetivo es vender 120 p\u00f3lizas al a\u00f1o, necesitar\u00e1s colocar 10 cada mes, lo que equivale a unas 2 o 3 por semana. <strong>Este enfoque hace que la meta sea m\u00e1s digerible y te ayuda a medir tu progreso de forma constante.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-analiza-tu-cartera-de-clientes\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Analiza_tu_cartera_de_clientes\"><\/span><strong>Analiza tu cartera de clientes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un agente exitoso conoce bien a su mercado. Para mantenerte competitivo, <strong>invierte en tu formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: cursos de ventas, talleres de comunicaci\u00f3n, manejo de objeciones o actualizaci\u00f3n en productos. Un agente preparado genera m\u00e1s confianza y cierra ventas con mayor facilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mide-y-ajusta-tus-resultados\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mide_y_ajusta_tus_resultados\"><\/span><strong>Mide y ajusta tus resultados<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La planificaci\u00f3n no termina al fijar tus metas. <strong>Cada mes revisa tus indicadores<\/strong>: cu\u00e1ntos prospectos contactaste, cu\u00e1ntas citas lograste y cu\u00e1ntos cierres concretaste.
